I have been a customer of Bndes for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They have all the basic features that you would expect from a company in their industry, but nothing extraordinary. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is helpful, although sometimes a bit slow to respond. Overall, I would give them a rating of average.
