I had a mixed experience with Caccaro s.r.l. The quality of their products is excellent but their customer service needs improvement. The furniture I purchased from them is of high quality and the design is beautiful. However, when I had an issue with one of the items, it took a long time to get a response from their customer service team. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase but I hope they work on improving their customer service.
