I have been a customer of Amp International LLC for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. While their products are of decent quality, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I often find myself waiting on hold for extended periods of time and when I do get through to a representative, they are not always helpful or knowledgeable. Overall, I would say that Amp International LLC is just an average company. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.
