Terrible attention. The "technician" has no education, less service ethics.

I took my cell phone for one thing and they broke down another that had nothing to do with the breakdown, even so, it screams in bad manners.
They want the client to apologize for their mistakes and mistreatment. Appalling.

We shouldn't go to places like this.
Today, there is no quality or respect for the client, we are satisfied and we do not demand the quality we deserve when paying for a service. It's not free much less do you a favor.
It costs and they charge enough for the poor service they offer.
