I was told to send a letter to close my account. Heard nothing. Sent Another letter. Heard Nothing after a month. Called up 7 times, was told everything was completed and they had received my letters. I Called up the next week to make sure because they have a habit of not doing their job and they still had not closed it.

Still trying to close my account and no one at the Bank of Hawaii knows what is going on... still!
