I recently had a procedure done at the surgery center in Scottsdale and overall, my experience was average. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and professional. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the wait time was longer than expected, which made me feel a bit impatient. Additionally, the communication between the doctors and the patients could have been clearer. I found it difficult to fully understand the details of my procedure and what to expect afterwards. Furthermore, the post-operative care could have been more thorough and informative. Overall, while the surgery center provided adequate service, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency, communication, and patient education.
