I recently ordered medical equipment from their website and I must say, 😐 the experience was average at best. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the product selection to be limited. Moreover, the prices were not as competitive as I expected them to be. 😕 The ordering process was smooth, and I received my package on time, so that was a plus. However, when I opened the box, I found the packaging to be a bit flimsy which made me doubt the quality of the products inside. 😔 The customer service was decent, although I felt that the representative wasn't overly helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in various aspects of their service. For an average experience, I would say they fulfill their purpose, but I'm not overly impressed. 🤷‍♀️
