The experience with this realty company was average. The website was easy to navigate, with all the necessary information about the properties they offer readily available. However, the overall customer service could be improved. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and there were some miscommunications along the way. Additionally, I found that the agents were not as knowledgeable about the properties as I would have expected. Nonetheless, they were polite and professional throughout the process. The properties themselves were decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would consider using this company again if I couldn't find better options, but I wouldn't highly recommend them to others.
