My experience with Jordan Automotive was 2 fold. I give the sales team my highest recommendation. The pictures and description of the vehicle was very accurate. There was a small chip in the windshield behind the buyers sheet in the window was the only thing that was not disclosed prior to my 9+ hour drive to test drive the car. My sales rep was Shawndel and he was top notch. I live in Kansas City and really had a lot of questions for him before making the commitment to the long drive to look at the car. Shawndel was very respectful, helpful, & genuine. On a scale of 1-10 Shawndel is a 54. Just cannot say enough good things about the guy.

Now for the not so good and the reason I did not give 5*'s. The finance department left much to be desired. There was a discrepancy in the buyers order over $1,000.00. I had already got the financing through my personal bank and had what I thought was the total cost in hand. The last thing you want to here after driving 9 hours to purchase a car is we want another grand for a mistake on our part. Unprepared for the unforeseen extra cost I ask the young man if he could work with me on the situation. I felt the situation was handled very unprofessional with zero compassion. Basically give me the money or get lost attitude. He knew he had me leveraged because I lived 9 hours away. I am a small business owner myself that takes pride in the ethics that go along with small business. You do whats right because its the right thing to do and in return you hope the next person treats you with the same on down the road. I was completely disgusted by the time I left and if it wouldn't have been for Shawndel 's nobility and driving 9 hours to pick the car up I would have without a doubt NOT purchased the car.

To sum it up Great sales team (Shawndel was awesome), honest description but absolute horrible experience with their finance department.
