As a customer of Mile High Orthotics Lab, Inc, I can confidently say that their products and services are of average quality. The orthotics I received from them were decent, but not exceptional. The customer service was average as well, with no major complaints but also nothing outstanding. However, I must add that their website (mholabs.com) is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a definite plus. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
