Visitors Guru is an average company. They provide decent service at a reasonable price. I booked a tour with them last month and it went smoothly. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside was that the group was quite large, which made it difficult to hear everything the guide was saying. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
