I had a mixed experience with Docs Dial. The website is good and the overall service is satisfactory, but there were some issues. The search function didn't show all the doctors in my area, and the appointment scheduling process could be smoother. However, once I managed to book an appointment, the doctor I visited was great. Docs Dial has the potential to be excellent if they iron out these minor issues.
