I recently worked with a graphics company on a project and decided to give "Professional Graphics Inc." a try. The website was simple and navigation was smooth. The range of services offered was decent and the portfolio showcased some impressive work. However, I found their communication to be a bit slow and the response time to my queries was not as prompt as I'd hoped. The overall quality of the work delivered was good, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and customer service. Nonetheless, the final product met my expectations and I appreciated the professional approach of their team. I would consider working with them again in the future, but hope to see improvements in their responsiveness.
