I recently had the pleasure of working with Structura Concept and my overall experience was truly average. Although their website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and their representatives were not very helpful. However, their products are of good quality and I received my order on time. I would consider using them again in the future if their customer service improves.
