Service department is horrible! I have gotten my oil change 3 time since purchasing my 2018 RAM 2500. Each time it s been a ridiculous 3hr wait. To top it off, this last visit had to be re-scheduled because when I came in for the SCHEDULED appointment with Jorge, I was made aware that no appointment was in their system!! FRUSTRATING to say the least. I re-scheduled for Tuesday 6-25-19 the representative Kevin told my truck would be ready by end of day or worst case scenario 11-12pm on Wednesday 6-26-19. I asked for a loaner vehicle since it s going to be 24hr before I get my vehicle back. He made me aware that they normally do not offer loaners. Now it s 3:25pm and no call or update on my vehicle status!! HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
