I recently moved across the country to using Ubox by Uhaul. I hired moving help to both load and unload the box. When the box arrived at my destination everything spilled out on the street as they opened it. Everything inside was damaged - it looked like the box was turned sideways at one point and all the furniture inside broke. I filed a claim with Repwest. They are refusing to cover anything claiming that it wasn't packed properly. The amount of damage sustained is far beyond the regular "things tipping over" and moving help were the ones that were supposed to secure it. They created a loophole to get out of covering damage, and they are doing everything they can to get out of covering the damage done to my belongings. I regret using uhaul. I literally lost everything I own in this move, and the insurance I got doesn t cover anything.
