I recently purchased a bag from Sew&laine and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The quality of the bag was subpar, and the stitching was not up to the mark. However, the customer service was good, they assisted me with my queries promptly. Overall, I expected better in terms of quality, but the customer service was satisfactory.
