Small rooms, the sheet had a very unpleasant smell I don't think they changed it even when we need to get everything sterilized in the middle of COVED-19 Crises.

The elevators are so hot I guess they don't have air conditioner in it. Or it's broken and didn't got fixed.

YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN TO BRING YOUR DELIVERY!! Even if it's 3 AM they don't care about your comfort they only care about their policies.

You need to work on your policy. I don't want to go all the way down just to bring my food or anything I ordered.

The two stars are for the comfy beds.
