Momentum are the Trustees of my pension fund. As Trustees they are required to act in my best interests as a pension scheme member. In allowing my Advisers to alter my risk profile and invest my fund in totally unsuitable but, for the Advisers, financially lucrative structured notes, they failed in their duty to me. I have made a formal complaint about this and, after a delay, I expect to have an outcome next week. I remain hopeful that they will accept liability and refund my losses and associated fees.
