I have been living in a property managed by 4001 Council Of Co-Owners Condominium Association, Inc. for over a year now, and overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. However, there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. With some improvements, it has the potential to be a great association.
