When I went for the notarization, including the security guard at the entrance, it was quite normal. There is a limit to the amount of baggage that can be carried, but it is all written on the embassy site. Photography is prohibited, but you can use the Internet and the app freely (there was a sticker on the inside of that). The umbrella seems to be deposited outside, but the walking stick was fine. Food and drink can not be brought in, but there was a vending machine for drinks. I think there are no people going there, but please note that it is a reservation system.
