I would like to say I believe Dr. Cesar Vega is an exceptional doctor and his passion and kindness for your pets welfare is commendable. I will definitely stay with BRVC as long as Dr. Vega is on staff. He has consistently provided excellent care and guidance for all of my three dogs and has done so with great dedication and has always been extremely responsive. His bedside manner is compassionate to both your beloved pet as well as to their owner. And his extensive knowledge and experience is immediately evident as you discuss your pets condition.
