Agree with others on the totally lack luster quality of the service department.

I pulled into the service center and the employees looked at me and treated me like I was lost, and had stumbled onto their property by accident. I jumped out of my car, stared at the service center employee for a good minute before he finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed help with something. Again I'm in THEIR service center, with a 2018 van I bought from them 4 months prior, and here I am having to explain that I need service, and I already made an appointment online. The dude asked none of that, just literally looked at me like I was lost, and if I needed help with anything. To make things worse, he took my key, told me they were busy and I might have to come back later, then disappeared without saying he would be back. Meanwhile I'm still standing cluelessly next to my car, the gentlemen finally comes back but doesn't say a word to me, instead jumps back into the conversation a coworker and customer are having about a survivalism and other conspiracy theories. After another couple minutes and me still staring at him, he looks up and says "Can I help you?" again. Seriously!!!! I said look I'm the customer I'm here to get my car fixed, where should I wait, how long will it be, what should I do? Finally he perked up and did his job. I'm currently in the waiting room writing this with no indication of what they are going to decide to work on today since they are so busy, or how long this is going to take or cost. Worst service experience I've ever had and its not even over yet. If I didn't have a long trip to go on in 2 days and the van having an immediate recall, I would have just left and gone somewhere else.
