Food is good but the online ordering is broken on ...

Food is good but the online ordering is broken on their site and their menu on Doordash is incomplete. For example, if I order on their site I can't specify a mushroom allergy on my soup. If I order on Doordash you can't get steamed rice with your meal (doesn't come with the meal and must be ordered as a side).

They never answer their phone so really the only way to get the order right is to order in person at the restaurant.
