My experience with Cherokee Machine has been less than satisfactory. The quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service is lacking. I had an issue with an order, and it took multiple calls and emails to get it resolved. The representatives I spoke with were not very helpful or friendly. Overall, I would not recommend this company to others.
