I love the car I bought (2012 VW GTI), I had a great experience with Paul Turk salesperson and he picked me up from the airport to get the car. He was always prompt and professional in his communication. When there were a couple issues (e.g., car was not ready to pickup) he addressed them right away in a manner that we were both satisfied with.

I also worked with David in Service and he was very friendly, professional, and helpful. EVERYONE at your dealership was friendly, professional, and helpful!

The major issues I experienced seemed to be that you are all super busy and a bit too "silo'ed' where Sales doesn't know everything going on in Service (e.g., condition of my car) and vice-versa. It took longer than I thought to complete each step of the process, but eventually I gathered that you WILL do it all, but it just took more time that I thought (e.g,. several days or weeks, not 1-2 days). I am very patient so I became OK with this because I trusted you all.

Overall I am a satisfied customer. I came for a specific vehicle and I got that vehicle at a fair price. I want to thank you for following up and making sure you finished the sale and addressed my questions and concerns even after the purchase whereas a lesser dealership might have just ignored me after the sale was done.
