Excellent experience staying at Shangri-La. I have high expectations, and Shangri-La exceeded them in all aspects. Even though there were a few hiccups, the staff handled them perfectly. I was given a free upgrade when they ran out of connecting rooms. I was the last one finishing up my breakfast, ordered after the "last order" time, and the staff were still welcoming and patient. Every single staff from front desk to Buds to ground staff gave such impeccable service, and left such a memorable experience on our family, even though it was only a one night stay. Highly recommended!
