I have contracted with Pro Tec for about 10 years at multiple HOA Communities. I am very impressed that the can do / customer service attitude of their leadership and managers carries down to each service tech they have. They have been resilient and accommodated my needs quickly. It is great to have them at my communities; in the odd chance that I needed emergency action, they were super quick to respond with qualified people to solve the problem.
