One month and I still do not have a payoff figure....

One month and I still do not have a payoff figure. I can only imagine the holdup if we were a bank, or settling on another property. We ve been told their email has been down for a week??? I find that hard to believe. Also, the first request was faxed to us, though we don t have a fax. If I was the employee and saw it didn t go through, I would have called the customer. Instead, I had to call them when I never got the amount. I m so disgusted with this company.
