I have been using Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd. for my shipping needs for some time now. Their services are average, not too great but not terrible either. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there have been a few hiccups along the way, such as delays in delivery. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
