DO NOT rely on their service dept. Firstly they had to be connected many times before finally they sent a young tech to visit my home and fault find on my City Multi outdoor unit. After 1 1/2 hars and taking 8K pesos from me, he diagnosed a faulty power board, Said he would order one and be in touch... numerous calls over then next few months got me nowhere. I sourced the part myself from UK. Fitted it and guess what... that was NOT the fault. I swapped parts with my other outdoor unit and found the fault is with another board.... The M power board, the fuse had failed...... EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE I recommend nobody uses this company, at least not for servicing.
