We are very impressed with our property manager Nickie Xiao and would not hesitate in recommending her. Nickie does her job very well as our property manager and does so in a very professional manner at all times. Our contacts with Nickie have always found her to be friendly, warm, helpful, informative and responsive to everyones needs including our tenants.

Whenever we have a query Nickie always follows through in a timely manner and closes the loop by getting back to us via email or a phone call making sure we are happy with the outcome. Nickie always makes you feel she goes above and beyond for the people in her care.
