Extremely poor office management. No communication. Can't keep help. Office staff can't seem to write down correct phone numbers of patient or their emergency contacts even when their nurses give them the correct numbers and the family provides them numerous times. Use someone else! Would give zero stars if I could. Can't even get the last name of the person who is coming into your home! Would you allow a complete stranger in your home? This is what this company expects you to do. Not a good experience in the 2 years we have been with them.
