I had an average experience with Global Franchise Architects. While their website was easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time for my inquiries was slow, and it took multiple follow-ups before I received a satisfactory resolution. However, I must commend them on their variety of franchises available, as well as their extensive support for franchisees. Overall, my experience was average.
