I found this hidden gem of a yoga studio called Zen Yoga Room and it has been a game-changer for me! The instructors are incredibly friendly, experienced, and always create a welcoming atmosphere. The classes are well-structured and challenging, helping me improve my flexibility and strength. Definitely one of the best yoga studios I've been to!
