I had a fantastic experience staying at Lotte Hotel Seoul! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect during my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options.
