After traveling from Philly to Orlando, with no sleep and being up for over 24 hours, the receptionist, Elaine was amazing. we got to the villas around 11 a.m. but check in isn't until 3 p.m. We went to go eat, since our fuel tanks were running on empty and came back but it was still only 12 p.m. After talking with Elaine, explaining to her that my boyfriend and I had gotten no sleep and were extremely sick with a cold she was able to check us in at 1 p.m.

When we got to the room, it was extremely clean but a tad narrow. Our view would've been nicer if we didn't have a tree blocking the fountain, but other than that no real complaints. The bed was clean, comfy and big. The bathroom has a jacuzzi with plenty of shelf and cabinet space.

During our visit there were a few times that we called down to the front desk, asking for more towels, a portable fan and questions about the villas. They were all so helpful and patient with us. The pool was located right across the street from our building and since it was opened til about 1 a.m. we were able to have a nice hot tub soak after a late workout.

Truly was an enjoyable experience!
