I recently booked a vacation package through Sparrow Travel Media and I have to say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was decent. However, the prices were a bit higher than I expected and the accommodations were just okay. Overall, I would give Sparrow Travel Media an average rating.
