Redcastle is an average company in my opinion. The website is easy to navigate and they have a decent selection of products. However, the quality of the items I received was not up to par. The dress I ordered had loose threads and the fabric felt cheap. I contacted customer service and they were helpful, but I decided to return the items. Overall, I would rate Redcastle as average.
