This is no ordinary hotel. This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only are the grounds beautifully maintained, the hotel so well kept, a pool worthy enjoyment, it's the people who make all the difference. There employees are the most gracious, humble people I have ever met. There is nothing that is out of their way. The most unusual requests are done and done with a smile. Housekeeping is outstanding...and if by chance you get a housekeeper by the name of Kathya Navas (hope I got that right)you're in for a treat. She is the kindest, nicest person in housekeeping I have ever met. She is also very creative. If you are an Marriott rewards member, get to know Susana Flores, the Sr. Vacation Coordinator, she's wonderful! From Carlos Valverde, the Restaurants Supervisor, Fabian, the pool and restaurant supervisor, to the regular crew of Leonardo, Elmer, James, Jorge and so many more, you must make this a destination in your travels.
It's home away from home and they make you feel that way.
