Trevor is one of the rudest, most pompous, least helpful, arrogant, belligerent people I've ever dealt with on the phone. And, that was from one simple call. It's like he's trying to drive away customers. He's succeeding. Regardless of anything else about their products and service, I'll never shop there based on one call. If you don't know enough about the deepest innermost workings of everything digital, he will talk down to you, insult you, and make sure you know that he's smarter than you. Done.
