I have lived in Pensacola for the past 2 years and have had nothing short of a wholly unsatisfactory experience with this company. As with most modern necessities and conveniences available in Pensacola, the trash collection and sewer is Monopolized, you have no other option but to deal with the regulations they push forward. Customer service is more like customer degradation, the employees that you will talk to are rude, unprofessional, and abrasive. This company is exceptionally dysfunctional.
