I would definitely rate this place a 0/5 stars. I rented the Silver wedding package with the white excursion limousine, and also a getaway Mercedes Benz car.

On my wedding day, the limousine was 30-45mins late. Which can definitely cause anxiety and affect wedding day events. The groomsmen were late to getting to the venue so they were not able to take any group pictures because of the driver being late.

I ordered the Silver wedding package, which states clearly in my contract what I was interested in and what I was paying for. This includes champagne, white glove service, red carpet, and wedding color decorations. I did not get any of this, and when mentioned to the driver, he called the facility and was told it was not part of my package. Which does not make sense to me because I talked to one of their employees (Brent) and we went over all of this information.

Also the LIMOUSINE WAS RUN-DOWN, THE DECOR NEEDS UPGRADING, AND THE INTERIOR WAS DIRTY, OLD, AND TORN. The outside of the limousine was very appealing, but the company needs to use some of the money they are making to upgrade the interior of the vehicle.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY WEDDING PARTIES. EVEN PROM ATTENDEES COULD FIND A BETTER AND CHEAPER SERVICE IN KANSAS TO HELP TRANSPORT TO THEIR IMPORTANT EVENTS.

PS. I am not an upset customer, I just want other brides to know the potential mistakes that can occur from using these services. Wedding days are already full of anxiety, so by not choosing this company could help eliminate any unnecessary anxiety.
