I had my CLA checked out at the Mercedes dealershi...

I had my CLA checked out at the Mercedes dealership for some repairs. It took 3 days which is fine. However, I was shocked when I found the the car had skratches and dints that were not there when I dropped it. The brand new black rims were scratched pretty bad. I picked up my car today and I notified the service rep who attempted to reach out to the technician in order to and find out the paper slip that had the details when the car was delivered in but he had left for the day. I am truly supprised how would such a reputable top notch dealership would do this. It s absolutely reckless.
