I had a mixed experience with Downtown Records LLC. While their artist selection is diverse and impressive, their customer service left much to be desired. The staff members I interacted with were often unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. However, the quality of the music they produce is undeniable, and I have discovered some incredible artists through their label. Overall, I would rate my experience with Downtown Records LLC as average.
