Terrible experience with an Asus repair out of this facility. After a year of use, the monitor stopped working. The screen only displays a bright white light and produces a burning smell.

After sending this in for an RMA, ASUS refuses to cover the problem under warranty because there's a superficial scratch on the screen. Furthermore, the item was shipped back from this facility without my consent. If you're looking for a good value this is not the brand for you. The product will fail and you're left with the bill.
