I had a mixed experience with Makit hardware. While their website was easy to use and navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had an issue with one of the products I purchased and it was difficult to get a response from their support team. However, once I finally got through to someone, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would consider Makit hardware to be an average company.
