I had a mixed experience with ParaComp. While some aspects of their service were good, there were definitely moments of frustration. The customer support team was friendly and helpful, but there were a few times when they seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to get a response. The website was easy to navigate, but it could use some improvements in terms of load times. Overall, I would rate ParaComp as average.
