Need UI claim assistance since online COVID19 FAQs...

Need UI claim assistance since online COVID19 FAQs/automated emails didn't help with my situation. Have been calling the suggested phone numbers on the FAQ sheet for days, one time staying on the phone while ringing for 3 hrs and still no one picked up. I did send an email and am still eagerly waiting for a response. I hope that I can be helped because online it says that emails are for general questions only. I have no other option... I think it would be super helpful if an online chat is available for answering questions. I understand that your facility is overwhelmed with claims and the situation is ever-evolving. But your facility is not accepting in-person visits (understandable) or phone calls. That limits my resources to get help. How will I ever know if I will ever be helped?
