I had a mixed experience with Issues Research, Inc. The quality of their research was subpar and the website was difficult to navigate. However, the customer service was exceptional. They were responsive and resolved my issues in a timely manner. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it was satisfactory.
